MATERIAL AND QUALITY
Manhole Covers Ltd products are made of ductile iron GJS-500-7 that meets the standard EN124-2, which, compared to other materials, has greater strength, elasticity and resistance to weather and deformation due to heavy traffic.

As the name of the company says, our focus is on the production of various manhole covers, and below you can find basic technical details as well as the possibilities related to the products.
Manhole covers products are manufactured in the foundry that is equipped with the most modern ductile iron production lines HWS HSP 4D Germany, HWS EFA Germany and DISA 280C. High production capacity allows us to successfully expand to all European markets.

The selection of duct covers is divided into 3 different criteria:
- LOAD CLASS CRITERIA
- TRAFFIC INTENSITY CRITERIA
- MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY CRITERIA
Class A 15
Green surface areas, small loads areas such as courtyards, garden etc.
Class B 125
Hiking trails, pedestrian areas, parking for cars, etc.
Class C 250
Areas of road edge sections measured from the edge curbs extend up to 0.50 m along the pavement.
Class D 400
Traffic roads – including pedestrian streets, parking lots for all types of road vehicles, expressways, etc.
Class E 600
Areas that impose heavy wheel loads such as which are ports, port areas, airport sidewalks
Class F 900
Areas that impose particularly heavy loads wheels, such as airfields, etc.
